Little Dutch Wooden Birthday Cake

The wooden pieces are sturdy enough for my 3-year-old to handle daily, and the candles actually fit snugly so they don’t fly off during play. We’ve already “celebrated” about twenty birthdays this week, and the cake still looks brand new.

My toddler’s face lit up the second we unboxed this for her pretend birthday party. The candles are perfectly sized for little hands to pop in and out, and I love that it encourages so much creative play without any mess.

The wooden slices are chunky and well-painted, so they've held up through tons of pretend parties. My only gripe is the candles aren't removable, but for the price it's a solid addition to our play kitchen.
