My daughter went through a growth spurt and I was dreading buying another easel, but this one adjusts so smoothly that we've gotten a whole extra year of use out of it. The surface is sturdy enough for her to really press down with markers without it wobbling.
My six-year-old is tall for her age, but the adjustable height means she can still use it comfortably, and it's sturdy enough that she doesn't knock it over when she gets excited. The built-in paper roll is a huge plus for us, since we go through so much art supplies in a week.
The tray holds everything from paint cups to crayons without tipping, which is a lifesaver during messy art sessions. I love that I can raise or lower the working height in seconds as my son moves between sitting and standing. It’s sturdy enough that he leans on it while drawing without any wobble.
