My niece figured out the coin drop within a day, and now she's obsessed with the tube part too. The pieces are chunky enough that I'm not worried about her mouthing them.
Bought this for my 15-month-old and the chunky wooden coins are perfectly sized for her little hands. She'll sit there dropping them in for a solid 15 minutes, which is basically a miracle at this age. The colors are muted and pretty too, so it doesn't clash with our living room.
The tube is the real winner here — my 18-month-old spends ages dropping the coins in and tipping them back out. The pieces are chunky enough that I'm not hovering over her, which honestly makes it worth it. Colors are muted and pretty, so it doesn't clash with our living room.
